Joan Lamm-Tennant
Joan Lamm-Tennant is the Independent Chair of the Board of Equitable Financial. She brings over 30 years of experience in risk management, finance, and economic strategy. Joan has held senior executive positions at Marsh & McLennan, Guy Carpenter, and General Reinsurance, as well as founding and leading Blue Marble Microinsurance, a company focused on financial inclusion through innovative insurance solutions. With a Ph.D. in Finance and Investments, and years as a professor of economics and finance, she combines academic rigor with practical boardroom leadership. Douglas Dachille
Douglas Dachille is an Independent Director at Equitable Financial, bringing over three decades of experience in insurance, banking, and asset management. He is the former Chief Investment Officer of AIG, where he oversaw one of the world’s largest institutional portfolios. Earlier in his career, he co-founded First Principles Capital Management and held leadership roles at Zurich Capital Markets.
